For weddings and prom season, four to eight weeks is ideal. For most other occasions, our network depth means we can usually confirm a car within 48 hours — and the concierge line has rescued more than one same-day emergency.

Yes. The StarLight rate includes the vehicle, chauffeur, standard gratuity, fuel, and taxes. If a toll or parking fee applies to your route, it's shown before you confirm — never after.

Of course. Tell the concierge your preferences and we'll have the cabin set before pickup — from a specific champagne on ice to a fully dry bar for corporate runs.

Airport pickups include live flight tracking. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual wheels-down time automatically, with 60 minutes of complimentary wait built in.
